Forgeboard is a private project-management tool built for and used by the Jump Showdown development team. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Forgeboard is not open to the public and has no sign-up. An administrator has to attach your Roblox account to an account inside the tool before you can get in. Authorising the application through Roblox confirms who you are; it does not grant access on its own, and an unrecognised account is refused.
Holding certain roles in the studio's Roblox community, Jimpee's Cabin, automatically gives you the matching role in Forgeboard. Forgeboard reads your role from Roblox's public information and cannot change it. Roles granted this way can still be changed or removed by an administrator, as described under "Ending access".
Work uploaded to Forgeboard — tasks, notes, files, assets — belongs to the studio and the people who made it, according to whatever arrangement is already in place between them. Using this tool doesn't change who owns anything.
Forgeboard runs on a single privately operated machine and is provided as is, with no guarantee of uptime, and no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, may lose data, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Access may be suspended or removed at any time, for any reason, including leaving the team or breaking these terms. You can stop using Forgeboard whenever you like, and revoke its Roblox authorisation from your Roblox account settings.
To the extent the law allows, the operators of Forgeboard are not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use, including lost work or unavailability.
These terms may change. The current version always appears on this page with its date, and continuing to use Forgeboard means you accept it.
